Coarse powder mill is mainly composed of shell, rotor, bearing iron and grate bar and other parts. The shell is divided into upper and lower parts, welded from steel plate after cutting, and the rest of the parts are bolted into one. Inside the casing is set with high manganese steel lining plate, which is convenient to replace after wear and tear; its main shaft is installed with several groups of regular distribution of hammers, and the rotor is composed of rotor with the turntable and the hammer shaft. The mainframe drives the main shaft through the motor and triangle belt, which makes the rotor rotate, and the hammer head is stretched around by the centrifugal force generated during the rotation, and the large materials enter the crushing cavity from the inlet and are crushed by the hammers with high speed movement. Qualified materials are discharged from the lower part of the castor with a gap, while unqualified materials remain in the crushing chamber, and are repeatedly acted by the hammers and the impacting iron blocks until they are qualified for discharge. In order to avoid clogging, the moisture content of the crushed material is generally not more than 5%.
