Mixer trucks, also called soil mixer trucks or cement mixer trucks, are special vehicles used to transport concrete for construction; soil mixer tanker trucks are also known as field snail trucks because of their external shape resembling field snails.
Cement mixer trucks will always keep the mixing drum in a rotating state during transportation to ensure that the concrete carried will not solidify. After the truck has finished transporting the concrete, the inside of the mixing drum is usually rinsed with water to prevent the residual cement from hardening and taking up space, and to prevent the volume of the drum from getting smaller and smaller.
The upper part of soil mixer truck mainly includes mixing drum, take-off device, front and rear supports of mixing drum, hydraulic system, reducer, maneuvering mechanism, cleaning system, etc. The working principle is that, through the take-off device, the mixing drum will be cleaned by the hydraulic system.
The working principle is to take out the power from the chassis of the vehicle through the power take-off device and drive the variable pump of the hydraulic system, which converts the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and transmits it to the quantitative motor, which then drives the reducer, which drives the mixing device to mix the concrete.
