Double layer banana screen has higher processing capacity and separation capacity compared with single deck banana sieve. It is a kind of high efficient vibrating screen, which can meet the demand of multi-stage screening and fine processing of materials. 1. Double-deck structure: double layer banana screen adopts double-deck structure in the design of sieve box, that is to say, an extra sieve layer is added above the sieve box of single-deck banana screen. This can improve the screening efficiency and processing capacity, so that the material can be screened and graded through two different screen surface.
2. Increase the separation capacity: because the double layer banana screen has two screen decks, it can achieve more detailed separation and grading. After the material is initially screened on the layer screen surface, it continues to pass through the second layer screen surface for further separation, so as to obtain more accurate screening results.
3. Improve the processing capacity: double layer banana screen compared to single layer banana screen in the same specification has a larger processing capacity. Due to the double-deck structure and the application of two screen surfaces, each unit area of the screen surface can handle more materials, making the processing capacity higher. According to the actual situation, the processing capacity per unit area of double layer banana screen is usually 1.5~2 times of the traditional sieve.
4. Widely used: double layer banana screen is widely used in coal classification, desliming, dewatering, de-mediation and other fields. It can also be used for screening treatment in mining large material volume extraction operations, suitable for multi-stage classification of materials and fine screening scenarios.
