Hammer crusher, referred to as hammer crusher, is a kind of equipment that crushes materials in the form of impact, and can directly crush materials with a particle size of 600-1800mm to 25 or less than 25mm. Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials in cement, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials in the medium and fine crushing operations.
Hammer crusher is composed of hammer crusher box, rotor, hammer head, impact liner, screen plate and so on.
The main working part is the rotor with hammers. The rotor consists of main shaft, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammers. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, the crushed material smaller than the size of the sieve hole through the sieve plate discharge, larger than the size of the sieve hole of the coarse particles, stay in the sieve plate.
