Working Principle:
The main working part is the rotor with hammers. The rotor consists of main shaft, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammers. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, the crushed material smaller than the size of the sieve hole through the sieve plate discharge, larger than the size of the sieve hole of the coarse particles, stay in the sieve plate.
