Production line flow and technology

Hollow block production process: electronic batching machine → concrete mixer → belt conveyor → no-burn hollow brick making machine → stacking machine

1. In the production process of electronic batching machine, bulk and granular materials can be fed into the electronic batching machine evenly, regularly and continuously from the silo;.

2. The concrete mixer will add water to the batching materials proportionally and mix them thoroughly;.

3. The belt machine will convey the mixed materials to the storage and fabrication device of the hollow brick making machine.

4. The storage material cloth device according to the requirements of the weighing of the material will be transported to the no-burn hollow core brick making machine material box, in the push-pull cylinder will be full of materials under the action of the mold, to achieve the brick billet pressing molding; 5. the brick billet after demolding, the material will be fully mixed with water.

5. After demolding, the bricks are stacked up by stacking machine, 3-5 layers are stacked up and then transported to the maintenance area by forklift truck.
