Micro Powder Grinder (also called Calcite Micro Powder Mill, Limestone Micro Powder Mill, Calcium Carbonate Micro Powder Mill, Talc Micro Powder Mill, Barite Micro Powder Mill, Gypsum Micro Powder Mill, Marble Micro Powder Mill, Feldspar Micro Powder Mill, Fluorite Micro Powder Mill) is mainly applied to the ultrafine powder processing of brittle non-flammable and explosive materials with medium and low hardness, Mohs’ hardness ≤6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, and other materials. There are more than 100 kinds of materials, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, ilmenite, chlorite, vermiculite, seafoam, alunite, diatomaceous earth, barite, gypsum, alumina, graphite, fluorspar, phosphorite, potassium ore, pumice and so on, and the size of the finished fines is adjustable from 325-3000 mesh, and the output can be up to 0.4-4.5 tonnes per hour.
Application scope: Calcium carbonate crushing processing, gypsum powder processing, power plant desulphurisation, non-metallic mineral powder, coal powder preparation, etc.
Product introduction: Ultra-fine Powder Mill-HGM Ultra-fine Powder Mill is mainly applied to the ultra-fine powder processing of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials of medium and low hardness, Mohs hardness grade 6.
The main part of the ultrafine mill consists of main machine, reducer, analyser, fan, bypass collector, maintenance platform and electric control cabinet. The auxiliary part consists of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, storage bin and so on.
When working, the host motor drives the spindle and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pin on the edge of the turntable drives dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
The large materials are crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher and then sent into the storage bin by the elevator, and then through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe, the materials are evenly sent to the upper part of the turntable on the scattering disc.
The materials are scattered to the round periphery under the action of centrifugal force, and fall into the roll of the grinding ring by the ring roller impact, rolling, grinding, after three layers of ring processing into powder, high-pressure fan through the suction effect of the external air into the machine, and the crushed materials are brought into the powder selecting machine.
The rotating impeller in the powder selector makes the coarse material fall back to regrind, and the fine powder that meets the requirement enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve in the lower part of the machine, which is the finished product, and the airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the blower and the muffler.
1, high efficiency, energy saving: in the case of the fineness of the finished products and the same motor power, the output is more than twice as high as that of the air flow mill, stirring mill and ball mill.
2, Long service life of wearing parts: the grinding roller and grinding ring are forged with special materials, thus the utilisation degree is greatly improved. In the case of the same fineness of materials and finished products, the service life of wear parts is 2-5 times longer than that of impact crusher and turbo crusher, generally up to more than a year, and the service life can be up to 2-5 years when processing calcium carbonate and calcite.
3, High safety and reliability: Because there is no rolling bearing and screws in the grinding chamber, there is no problem of bearings and their seals being easily damaged, and there is no problem of screws being easily loosened and destroying the machine.
4, High product fineness: the fineness of three-ring medium-speed ultra-fine micro-powder mill can reach D97≤5μm.
5, Environmental protection and cleanliness: It adopts pulse dust collector to capture dust and muffler to reduce noise, which has the characteristics of environmental protection and cleanliness.
