Rotary Drum Screen is a mineral processing equipment that performs grading treatment based on the particle size of materials. It is generally used for grading and screening medium and fine-grained materials. It has the characteristics of stable operation, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, simple and flexible process layout, etc.
The Rotary Drum Screen is suitable for screening materials of various properties, as well as damp and easily clogged materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke, and quicklime. The screened product is larger than 100mm, with a middle size of 10-50mm, and can be finer than 3mm.
After entering the Rotary Drum Screen, the crushed stones are screened as the drum rotates, while the larger grained stones flow forward along the slope of the drum and are gradually screened out through screens of different mesh sizes. The stones with corresponding particle sizes are sieved out and fall into their respective funnels, and then manually transported or self flowing to the finished product pile.
