LS screw conveyor is the updated model of the GX type screw conveyor. The whole conveyor is reliable, durable, adaptable, easy to install. It is suitable for conveying the powder, granular, and block materials (temperature <200℃),such as coal powder, coal ash, argil, sand, cement, carbamide etc. The screw conveyor is not only used for the concrete batching plant, bituminous concrete batching, but also for the chemical, building, food, metallurgy and so on.
Screw conveyor usually consists of three main parts: screw conveyor body, inlet and outlet device, and driving device. The body of the screw machine consists of three parts: the head section, the middle section and the tail section.
Screw conveyor work, due to the gravity of the material and its friction with the wall of the trough body, so that the material can only be pushed in the blade of the conveyor along the bottom of the trough to move forward, as if the situation can not rotate the nut along the rotating screw for the same translational movement. Rotating screw blades will push the material and transport, so that the material does not rotate with the screw conveyor blade force is the weight of the material itself and the screw conveyor casing friction resistance of the material. According to the different materials conveyed, there are solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and other types. Screw conveyor screw shaft in the direction of material movement at the end of the thrust bearing in order to follow the material to the screw axial reaction force, in the longer length, should be added in the middle of the hanging bearing.
