Suspension roller grinding is mainly suitable for grinding various non flammable and explosive mineral materials with a Mohs hardness below 6 and a temperature below 6%. It has a wide range of applications in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining, highway construction and other industries. The finished particles can be adjusted freely within the range of 50-325 mesh.
The standard configuration of the suspended roller mill includes a host, a reducer, a powder selector, a powder collector, a dust collector, a fan, an electrical control cabinet, and connecting pipelines. Optional accessories include crushers, bucket elevators, and feeders.
Working Principle:
After the ultra large block material is crushed to the required particle size by the E-type crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and quantitatively continuously fed into the main grinding room by the vibrating feeder for grinding. The finely ground powder flows through the pipeline of the fan and enters the large cyclone collector for separation and collection, and is discharged through the powder valve to obtain the finished fine powder. The airflow is drawn into the blower through the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The entire airflow system of this machine is closed and microcirculatory, and it circulates under positive and negative pressure.
