According to the requirements of different industries for the final moisture content of dried materials, the moisture content of dried materials can reach below 1-0.5%.
The first level drying area uses co current high-temperature drying. Under high humidity conditions, after passing through an inlet temperature of 430 ℃ (which can reach up to 600 ℃), it instantly exchanges heat and mass with the material, removing most of the moisture and ensuring that the calorific value of the material does not change;
The secondary drying zone uses counter current drying at a room temperature of 300 ℃, which is a high-yield water removal zone. During the reverse drying process, the material is ensured to be agile and dry;
The third level drying area is a normal drying area with an indoor temperature of 120 ℃ -210 ℃. It uses crushing equipment inside the drum to repeatedly pull, hit, and scatter, and dries downstream;
The fourth level drying zone is a high exhaust zone that uses a negative pressure high-temperature hot air flow under the effect of induced draft to remove moisture, with a room temperature of 60 ℃ -80 ℃;
The drying of materials is carried out step by step, and through the above operations, the heating value of the materials is increased after drying compared to before drying, and the moisture content is kept within 0.8%, which truly achieves the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
