CLUM series ultrafine vertical mill, can be widely used in chemical, metallurgy, non-metallic minerals and other industries, especially in the field of ultrafine grinding processing of white non-metallic minerals, with excellent performance, can provide high-quality fillers and additives for papermaking, coatings, plastics, rubber, PVC, printing ink and other industries. It can be widely used in large-scale ultrafine dry powder processing of calcite, marble, limestone, dolomite, barite, talc, kaolin, dolomite, wollastonite, gypsum, feldspar, feldspar and other non-metallic ores.

CLUM series ultrafine vertical mill is mainly composed of electric motor, reducer, grinding wheel device, grinding disc device, pressure device, powder selector, feeding device, oil station, main machine, electric control system and other parts.

Working Principle:

1、Low running cost

The grinding wheel and disc lining are made of special alloy wear-resistant material, with long service life of wearing parts and very low maintenance cost. The peripheral convex surface of grinding wheel and concave surface of milling disc are specially designed to make the material form stable and effective material bed, with low vibration of the whole machine and high rate of powder formation, which is 20% higher than the capacity of the similar products in China, and 40% lower than the energy consumption of ball mills and other equipments.

2、High value-added products

Adopting the structure of multi-head powder separator, the fineness of the finished products can be achieved in D97 5-45 microns. The high efficiency precision rotor adopts PLC frequency control system, adjusting the powder selecting mode according to the different requirements of customers, which can achieve the production of 2 micron content of 20%-70% of the products.The ultrafine powder produced by CLUM Series Ultrafine Vertical Mill has the advantages of narrow particle size distribution, controllable content of 2 micron, good particle size of powder particles after grading, which greatly improves the value-added of the finished products and the application field.

3、Safe and reliable system

Adopting PLC/DCS automatic control of the grinding roller pressurisation control method, the grinding pressure is accurate and no manual operation is required. The contact between the grinding roller sleeve and the liner plate of the milling disc is protected by electronic limit and mechanical limit to avoid violent vibration and destructive impact. The reduction gearbox and lubrication system adopt multiple detection and protection devices, the lubrication of grinding rollers adopts independent lubrication station, and the lubrication circuit of a single grinding roller adopts double pumps, which ensures the full lubrication and cooling of the grinding roller bearings, and makes the grinding roller bearing chamber not to leak due to the excessive oil storage. Equipped with multiple intelligent protection devices, the CLUM mainframe can achieve continuous operation without stopping, and the operation process is efficient, safe and stable.

4、Green environmental protection

As the grinding rolls and discs are not in direct contact with each other, there is no sound of metal impact in the work of ball mill, small vibration when the equipment is running, and the noise is lower than that of ball mill by 20-25 decibels, which will not cause harm to human body. The whole equipment is sealed, the system works under negative pressure, and the finished products are directly sent to the large finished product warehouse by the gas conveying equipment, with no dust spillage, and the production environment is neat and tidy, which meets the national environmental protection requirements.
